  • Jorge Martinez, M.D.

    Dr. Martinez was born in El Paso, Texas. He was raised in the City of Commerce, California and returned to Texas to attend college. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. He subsequently obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.

    He has been in the Rio Grande Valley since 1989 where he completed his training at the McAllen Family Practice Residency Program. Outside interest include guitar and photography.

    He joined the Donna Medical Group in the summer of 2013.

  • Raul Sustaita, APRN, BC

    Mr. Sustaita is a native from Donna, Texas and graduated from South Texas High School for Health Professions in 1988. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1988-1992 as a medical laboratory technician. In 1997 he obtained his bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Texas Pan American (UTPA) and worked as a registered nurse in telemetry for a local hospital.

    In 2004, he graduated with a master in science as a family nurse practitioner also from UTPA. He worked for a local community health care center providing medical services for migrant and indigent families. In 2005 he joined Donna Day and Night Clinic in which he continues to provide health care services to the local community.

  • Monica E. Gonzalez, PA-C

    Monica Gonzalez was born in McAllen, Texas. In 2000 she attended The University of Texas Pan-American where she obtained her Bachelors in Biology. Shortly after she re-enrolled at UTPA and obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.

    In 2008 she joined Donna Day and Night Clinic where she continues to grow in the field of medicine by providing quality care to the local community..

  • Belinda Castillo

    Ms. Belinda Castillo is the newest member of the Donna Medical Clinic and is excited for her opportunity lead her patients down the path of better health. She was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Her dedication to providing patients with nothing but the best care and guidance was cultivated through her strong family upbringing. While adhering to those strong familial values of both love and faith, Ms. Castillo treats all her patients with the utmost respects so that she may not only heal them, but also impart some education to them in order to improve their overall health.

    She earned her Masters of Science Degree from The University of Texas- Pan American in 2010. She is someone who works with patients from all walks of life, Ms. Castillo has worked in various levels of the health field: such as a Registered Nurse for the first half of her career and is currently a Nurse Practitioner with experience in both Family and Internal Medicine settings as well in mentoring university students. She treats everyone to the best of her ability and has a lasting impact to those she meets.
