  • Dr. Cadena Martinez

    Board Certified in Family Medicine

    Dr. Cadena-Martinez was born in Mexico and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. After graduating from high school, she went to The University of Texas Pan-American for her undergraduate studies, then onto The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston for medical school. She completed her residency training in Corpus Christi, TX, during which she was chosen to serve as chief resident and was acknowledged with the Victor C. Calma, M.D. Memorial Award and The Henry F. Harren, M.D. Award. She is currently board certified in Family Medicine and provides up to date evidence based medicine to all her patients.

    Dr. Cadena-Martinez always knew she wanted to come home and serve the community that helped her become who she is now. She considers the entire valley as home and strives to bring quality care to residents of the Rio Grande Valley.

    Dr. Cadena-Martinez joined Donna Medical Clinic in 2014 and is pleased to be working with an exceptional team of health care providers who focus on providing excellent patient care.

  • Benjamin Treviño, PA

    Mr. Trevino graduated from the University of Texas Pan American in 2013. He has over 3 years of experience working with a group of Doctors in Donna. He has experience in: Inpatient hospital care, treating ICU, and telemetry patients. Management of Chronic medical illness such as, but not limited to: Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Bronchitis, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, Heart Failure, Obesity, Thyroid Disease, Cirrhosis and Substance Abuse. He is certified by the National Commission on Physician Assistants and in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

  • Madelaine Garcia, APRN FNP-BC

    Mrs. Madelaine Garcia was born in Minnesota. She traveled to several states while growing up and settled in the Rio Grande Valley in 1980.

    She attended and graduated from McAllen High School She obtained her BS in Nursing from the University of Texas Pan American in 2001 She worked as an RN in the ICU, Home Health and Hospice and then joined the RGV ACO in 2012 while pursuing her Masters Degree.

    She graduated with her MS in Nursing in 2014 from The University of Texas Pan American.

    She enjoys providing compassionate care in the community as a FNP
